Pezzottaite is a new mineral of the Beryl-group, a Cesium-Beryl. The only deposit of this very rare mineral in Madagscar has already been exploited. Very few and mostly small pieces show enough quality for a facet-cut. This Pezzottaite has a very intense raspberry-color and shows, even with inclusions, fine glow. Much clearer and more fiery in nature! Rare gemstone for the ambitious collector.
